dome BEAUTY is a small business. Not only that, but we’re a newer makeup company. We know, we know. When you get to thinking it’s kind of like, okay. There’s hundreds of makeup companies out here all producing the same products with the same promises. What’s the point of adding another one to the jumble? 

Trust me, when I started the company, I thought of that too. But through my countless nights of thinking and planning out what is now dome BEAUTY, I realized that our company is different. I wanted to make makeup that was for everyone. Of course that includes diversity and inclusivity, which I know most makeup companies strive for. But within all those brands, there’s still something missing. The only way to be truly inclusive and safe for all people to use is for products to be clean. That means clean, green ingredients that are gentle and safe on skin, as well as packaging that’s safe for the environment. 

With dome BEAUTY, I wanted to take what the industry has been working to make the norm, which is inclusivity, and take it to the next level: a brand that is truly inclusive and for everyone, all the way from the ingredients we use for our products to the models you see wearing them but also make sure they perform! 

It wasn’t easy creating products that fit these standards I created. A lot of times, vegan products are lackluster in some area: pigment, wear-time, etc. But through years of perfecting formula and working with Creative Director and Makeup Artist Geneva Fong to test products, we finally were able to create what we had envisioned.

We are proud to say we aren’t the only ones who recognize that we achieved our mission. All of our products are award winners and some have won multiple awards, being recognized for being the best amongst our peers. We may be a young, small indie brand, but we’ve competed against the best of the best mega brands in the clean beauty space and still came out on top.

CLEAN BEAUTY AWARDS 

You don’t even know how excited we are that two of our products won first place at CertClean’s Clean Beauty Awards this year! The Clean Beauty Awards are meant to do all the hard work for people that want the cream of the crop when it comes to clean makeup. They go through over 350 different makeup products that are considered “clean” and use a panel of judges to determine which products are actually worth your money. So if you see a winner of a Clean Beauty award, just know it will be a showstopper and one of the best performing products in the clean beauty industry today.

- Diamond Shadows was a Finalist for Best Eye Color

SHE FINDS AWARDS. 

The Shefinds’ Best New Beauty Awards do something similar, but instead of being specific to clean beauty brands, they sort through all makeup products. Shefinds searches for the best of the best so you guys don’t have to. Which, hello! That is SO cool that dome BEAUTY, a vegan, cruelty free brand could win against some of the biggest brands in the industry. Take that @ people who say vegan makeup isn’t good quality!

The Beauty Shortlist Awards celebrate the best products in natural beauty and wellness. Since dome BEAUTY is all about using natural, clean ingredients in our products, we were elated to win these awards! We believe the more ingredients you can understand and recognize in the formula, the better and safer our products are for your skin. That’s why we try to source many of our ingredients from fruits and natural oils.

The judges look for how ingredients are sources, what the packaging is, and if the brand is eco-friendly overall. These awards focus on a holistic approach to clean beauty, which is very essential to our 360 degree clean mantra. We are extremely proud to be recognized by the Global Green Beauty Awards!
